Where does Soul Mask ship?

Soul Mask currently ships to the US and Canada.


What is your return policy?

For your protection, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds during this time. The nature of our products makes it impossible for us to ensure that no mask has come into contact with an individual carrying COVID-19. The only exceptions will be packages that are refused or returned by the USPS.


How many layers are your masks?

Our masks contain two layers of breathable fabric. This is in line with CDC recommendations for masks for non-healthcare workers.


How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of an order, you must have a Soul Mask user account. You can access the login page by clicking "Account" in the main menu on the top left of the page. Once you are logged in, you are brought to the Account Summary page which includes an Order History section. Click the order number to view the details and status of your order.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the United States costs $6.50. Shipping to Canada will cost $12. 


What is the best way to care for my mask?

  • Care: For best results, hand wash and dry to ensure longevity and keep your mask fitting true to size.
  • Our masks are machine washable, but it may shorten the lifespan of your masks. If you do machine wash them, use warm water with like colors. To avoid shrinkage, tumble dry on low.
  • Our masks are one-size-fits-most, so we make them with a little bit of room for you to decide to shrink or maintain their size. To tighten your mask, tumble-dry on medium heat once.
  • Sanitizing Care: we suggest you disinfect the mask after each use with alcohol.


What if my order was lost, stolen or is missing something?

If your order was lost in transit, damaged, or an item is missing, please send us an email at support@soulmask.com and let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you get your Soul Mask!
